All cancellations must be made in writing through Hassle Free Travel . No responsibility is taken for
cancellations of hotel bookings or other services made directly by the client or the client’s travel agent with the service provider, regardless of whether written proof is given.
Partial Cancellation
Cancellation of confirmed services forming part of an existing booking will incur cancellation fees as listed.

• 90 days + prior to departure : forfeit of deposit.
• 89-30 days prior to departure : 25% of total cost or deposit, whichever is greater
• 29 days or less prior to departure : 100% total cost |
