We went on the Troy/Gallipoli tour today.  The trip was well organised and the guide very informative.  We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at the Maydos restaurant  included with the tour.  All in all a great experience except for the weather which was unfortunatley very cold and windy!

I just completed the day-time tour of the Gallipoli peninsula. The tour was excellent and well organised. Murat, the tour guide was well-informed and brought a level of emotion to his descriptions that made it extremey moving. We had just the right amount of time to see everything we needed to.

In addition to this, the staff at Anzac House and Hassle Free Tours have been brilliant. I`ve arrived in off season whilst their hostel is being refurbished - they upgraded me to a different hotel at a cheap rate and have let me use their wireless for free, plus free cay (tea). In all areas, they`ve been very helpful.

We had a great time in Canakkale. It is a great place to wind down after a hectic Istanbul. Sitting on the waterfront and sipping a tea or beer and people watching was a relaxing change.
The Galipoli tour was well done. Murat the guide was well informed and made it interesting and the lunch was good. The Galipoli tour is a thought provoking experience. The travel agency at Anzac House was very helpful. I think the dude at the front desk is a genius. He can definitely help you on your travels.

Hi,

I had the good fortune to be on the Gallipoli tour yesterday. As good work is not always sufficiently well recognised nowadays I thought I would send you a short e-mail of appreciatýon.

Everything went very well and I was partýcularly impressed by your knowledgeable and friendly guide, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. To him especially, well done!

To Whom It May Concern----This is Dan Webster / Mary Spencer and we did the Gallipoli / Troy tour on 20/06/09.
We were most delighted with all of your local guides.
Amy was most professional and a delight to spend a day with.
We were traveling on in Turkey and arrangements were made for us at Panorama Hotel. Very efficient and helpful from the minute we arrived at 2145hrs till we departed two days later. Rooms were a good value for the money and we can highly recommend Hassle Free to our friends because the tours were very informative.

Great job mates

It`s been a few months since I went to ANZAC Day with Hassle Free Tours and I`d like to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful time I had. My friend and I only booked the tour a week before ANZAC Day and were worried that we wouldn`t be able to go, but Abdurrahim was wonderful and organised it for us straight away.

I`d done the Gallipoli Tour with Murat about 3 weeks previously and was nicely suprised that he remembered my friend and I.
I found the day tour very informative and touching. The stories and history of the War were very moving and Murat gave it the right amount of humour and humility that made for an awesome day.

It was great to go back to Gallipoli with Murat and Abdurrahim and some of the other people we met and join in the ceremonies with all the other nationalities there. I enjoyed getting there late at night and sitting in the stands huddled in my sleeping bag. The stories and interviews were fascinating and there was a fabulous unified feeling amongst the crowd; We were all there sharing the same experiences and honouring our national heroes be they Turkish, Australian or New Zealander.

I`d never felt so proud to be Australian and all at Hassle Free helped to make that possible for me. Thankyou so much.
